Supplier Diversity

Interested in becoming a New York Times supplier? We ask suppliers wishing to participate in the process to register through The New York Times’s Prospective Supplier Portal, a database that is maintained for potential suppliers. This registration portal enables our procurement professionals to access key information about potential suppliers, including capabilities, supplier diversity certifications, product/service description, industry classification codes and contact information. Registering in this portal does not guarantee future business with The Times.

The Times Supplier Diversity program is open to for-profit businesses that are majority owned, operated, and controlled by diverse entrepreneurs. Definitions of diversity vary by regions and countries. In the United States, this includes companies that are majority-owned by racial or ethnic minorities, women, veterans of the US Armed Forces, persons identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender or entrepreneurs with a disability - a physical and/or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
